its all Great! been to lots Accor hotel around Asia but first time at the Clark. impressive room. didn’t expect to have bathtub and Amazing Staff and good selection of food. I love the concept of Gins .! one of my Fave. Im going back …

Great hotel, but not a 5 star for me. Terrible room acoustic, I can hear all the people outside walking or talking, also the bathroom upstairs when they flushing or using the shower. (Not the pleasant experience). Staffs are friendly and accomodating, and able to help you. Internet is fast tho

Pleasantly surprised, all of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Go for the gin trolly at the Atrium bar or Oma's desert bar. Rooms are clean and modern, food was excellent. Didn't hit the pool but it looked nice. Well be staying there on our stay overs in Clark.

Place is fancy, love the ambiance peaceful. Booked with the family. Kids did not get to swim since it was weekend too many people swimming but they enjoyed in the gym while me and little one cuddle and bond in the room. We had little trouble with the elevator took us 8 skips since theres sign overload even if its not full

Indeed such great experience staying in this hotel. Staffs were very accommodating. Especially the head butler Gail Paguio for assistant us during our stay. John Paul and Kevin in pool as well as John alfonso, belly, Chef laurence and chef jayvie from swiss tropic. Kudos to all. Hope to see all of you again.

Room is okay. Doesn't have exhaust in the bathroom. The shower door can easily pass water so the floor can be messy. Soundproofing is terrible. You can hear the noise of the next room and outside your room😔 It doesn't feel like you're in a 5 star hotel

Earlier today at Swissotel, I indulged in a refreshing, 60-minute massage session at Purovel Spa. From the start, I was impressed by the professional receptionist, who was not just beautiful but also warmly welcoming. As a nice touch, I received complimentary tea and a hot towel on arrival. But that's not all! The lounge area was a treat - delicious snacks including tea, drinks, fruits, and cookies were available for free sampling after the massage. I have to mention that I absolutely love their oatmeal cookies, they were a delightful surprise! And what made the experience even better was the hot towel after the massage. It not only added a rejuvenating touch but also effectively removed the excess oil from my body, leaving me feeling refreshed and clean. And let me not forget to mention Zandra, my masseuse. She was incredible and her skills left me feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Overall, Purovel Spa truly exceeded my expectations - it's the perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself after a long day. So why not treat yourself to a visit? You'll definitely thank yourself later.

Rooms are cozy and spacious. Breakfast buffet is a feast. The elevators are a bit confusing with front and back doors😁 The casino at the lobby is a gamblers paradise.
